Call for Interesting Cases
Present Your Most Interesting at the Sanctuary of Endovascular Therapy 2009
The Sanctuary of Endovascular Therapy (S.E.T.) is pleased to announce a call for interesting cases for our fourth annual conference scheduled for February 19-21st, 2009 Kiawah Island, South Carolina. We invite your submission of an interesting clinical case you have managed related to interventional endovascular techniques. Also welcome are presentations of novel or innovative approaches in any area relating to endovascular procedures. We are particularly interested in cases that fall into the following categories (additional categories listed on application form.)
- Cardiovascular imaging
- Cerebrovascular disease
- Abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms
- Renal, visceral , and lower extremity vascular disease
- Vascular interventions
Details
S.E.T. Program Directors, who will select the most interesting for presentation at the meeting, will review all cases. Physicians whose cases are chosen will be members of the faculty and have their meeting registration waived. Please limit the number of cases submitted for consideration to three.
Case Submission Criteria and Specifications
- The case description should be no more than 135 words.
- If submitting more than one case, a separate submission form for each case must be submitted.
- The case submission application form must be completed and received on or before November 15, 2008.
- Each case must have only one submitting physician.
- Each case will be submitted on a cd-rom in the following formats; Microsoft PowerPoint stored on cd rom or usb flash/thumb drive or directly from your own laptop or DVD. Power Point format should be with linked video files.
- Notification of application status will be sent on or around December 15,2008.
Note: case descriptions are submitted for scheduling and program planning purposes and will not be distributed, reproduced, or listed on any meeting materials without express authorization. Information is kept highly confidential. Please include disclosure information as part of your presentation.
